Hillsborough Mobile Pantry
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Mobile pantries bring nutritious foods to food deserts – areas where quality, affordable foods are lacking. Volunteers can expect to pack boxes of assorted groceries and distribute to guests in a drive thru style fashion.
BEFORE ARRIVING:
ALL volunteers MUST wear closed-toe shoes (i.e. sneakers) for safety. Volunteers wearing open-toe shoes will not be allowed to volunteer. Recommended attire includes shirts with sleeves (no tank-tops), and jeans or shorts of appropriate length.
This is an OUTDOOR & OFF-SITE ACTIVITY. The minimum age for this activity is 13+
